Letter from Capt Rodney J. Dimalanta
Ms. Molaski,
Thank you very much for the books from the Marine Corps Association. We received the books late 2007 and we just handed them out. As promised, we are enclosing the pictures of the CO handing one out to one of our Marines. We will be using the books as PME when conducting our all hands meetings with Recruiting Station San Francisco. The books will remain with the unit for the Marines to enjoy and discuss.
The Commanding Officer in the photo is Major Sean W. Pascoli from Wheeling, West Virginia. The Marine receiving the first book is Supply Clerk Sergeant Jaime Favors from San Jose, California.
Semper Fi,
Rodney J. Dimalanta

Recipient of MCA sponsored Colonel William B. Lemly Award
General Palm,
Thank you very much for presenting me with the Colonel William B. Lemly Award for academics and the Honor Graduate Award. I greatly appreciate the recognition as well as the generous gifts. I have the statue displayed in my living room, and am especially glad to have received a membership to the Marine Corps Association and a subscription to Marine Corps Gazette. I plan to use the gift certificate to purchase professional reading material and Marine Corps paraphenalia to decorate my home with.
It was a pleasure meeting you and your staff at the Awards Brunch and again at graduation.
Thank you again for your generosity.
Very Respectfully,
2nd Lt Adam Young
